From May to October join one of our one- to two-week intimate retreats, held on the private Vere Vitae Estate on the southern coast of Italy, where 5–8 guests come together in a shared journey of awakening, healing, and becoming.
Guests are invited to slow down, be fully present, and reconnect with themselves—whether meditating beneath ancient trees, resting in the tranquil beauty of our sea-view grounds, or venturing out to explore the natural wonders of Southern Italy and the surrounding Mediterranean coast.
Priced per person, our retreat packages include:
Each retreat is designed to reset and re-align the physical, emotional, and spiritual body through the practices of yoga, meditation, and connecting with nature.

Through the practice of yoga, we learn to feel and meet ourselves as we are. Breath by breath, posture by posture, we unwind the body to resolve energetic blockages. By doing so we activate. and balance each of our chakras and reveal the path to acceptance . Acceptance of our physical reality, of ourselves, of others, of our truth. In this surrender, awakening begins.

Connecting with nature, we ground ourselves and rediscover balance. The mind quiets, the heart opens, and the path to gratitude emerges naturally. The sea, the mountains, the air, and the earth remind us of beauty beyond measure and of our place within it. In gratitude, we return to wholeness, and we allow forgiveness so that healing may flow.

In meditation we look for guidance and understanding at the spirit level, opening the space to listen inward, where the paths to awakening, healing, and ultimately purpose can be found and enlightened. From this center we bridge the physical and non-physical in search of a life of truth, harmony, and joy - one may even say, of 'happiness'.

Faith carries decades of training in the pure, traditional lineage of Ashtanga Yoga, having studied directly in India under the world’s most respected masters. Her practice is not only rooted in discipline, but also in compassion, shaped by her sensitivity as a chaplain and her deep calling to serve.
At Vere Vitae, Faith leads the sacred movement element of the Healing Journey — guiding guests through yoga as the channel to Acceptance, and thus to Awakening. In her teaching, movement becomes more than posture; it becomes a threshold into presence, a way to honor the body as the first temple of healing.

Unlike modern adaptations, traditional Ashtanga Yoga is a living discipline passed directly from teacher to student in Mysore, India. Its unique sequence of breath and movement creates a continuous energetic flow that releases blockages, balances the chakras, and restores alignment throughout the body.

Giadha leads the work of soul integration — guiding guests through meditation as the channel to purpose, and thus to becoming. Whereby yoga opens the body to acceptance and awakening, nature, opens the mind to gratitude (forgiveness) and healing, meditation finally opens the spirit to the clarity, connection, and direction necessary to find purpose and become who we were always meant to be.

The Energy Cleansing Meditation
A violet flame of transmutation, drawn from heart, crown, and earth, that cleanses, protects, and restores — expanding from the self, to nature, to the universe, and back.

The Tree of Memory Regression
A golden threshold opens into a great tree whose branches lead into past lives, revealing the lessons, gifts, and wisdom your soul carries across time.

The Lake of Communion
By the still waters of the meadow’s lake, guides and ancestors emerge, offering direction, reassurance, and clarity for the path ahead.
